- Loss of the right to reimbursement.
- Cancellation of the registration or credits granted.
- Permanent ban on re-entry to the University.

Degrees obtained outside the U.S.

Students with academic degrees issued outside the United States must submit an official evaluation.
- The evaluation must be conducted by a National Association for Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) accredited entity.
- For admission with transferable credits or partially completed programs, a course-by-course evaluation is required.
- Results should be sent directly by the evaluator to IBECAM University, preferably by institutional e-mail or in a sealed envelope.

Transfer from another institution

IBECAM University accepts students from post-secondary institutions accredited by associations recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Transfer requirements:
- Complete the admission process and pay the $100 fee (non-refundable).

- Have a minimum grade of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Credits with a grade lower than 2.0 will not be accepted.
- Transferred credits may not exceed 50% of the program credits.
- The process must be completed before the first day of class.

IBECAM does not recognize credit for work experience or exams.

- The result of the transfer of credits will be notified to the student in writing.

- It is the student's responsibility to confirm if his/her credits have been accepted by the institution.
